I finally managed to get myself a gym membership but i am in a bad situation now, i have no idea what to do. I plan on going 3 times a week i got a few goals but still when it comes to the execution i am clueless

goal is to get toned or at least smaller then i am, I need any advice on a work out routine you can give me.
