Actually on Tuesday i have noticed that after running on the treadmill for 3 miles at rate of 5.0 to 6mph for 30 minutes. Then weight training for the upper body. I got tired after doing several sets of butterflys for the chest. On the second set i couldnt barely press. So im going to try to take your advice and switch it up. I will weight train for the first 30 minutes,then do cardio and run 2 miles at a rate of 5.0-6.0 mph for 20-30 minutes.swanso5 wrote:you don't think it's optimal...wts require carbs almost exclusively as fuel and if you've used some, most or all of carbs on the crdio than wt sessions will suffer as a consequence...wts are more important than cardio for fat loss so you probably need to find a program or something that you can enjoy just as much as your cardio
