Sounds good: http://www.poorgirleatswell.com/2009/07 ... wraps.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Also, a co-worker was waxing nostalgic over the "high quality butt-tuh" that she used to be able to get in England. So I ordered some of it on-line (Lurpack Butter). Very, very good.
I'm of the opinion that if you diet all the time, then when you go off-diet you should only indulge in the best available. Not Good Humor ice cream, but rather Haagen-Daz; not Hershey's chocolate, but rather Godiva. Add to that list: Not Breakstone's butter, but rather Lurpack.

I would politely disagree with you paksy-poo. I am of the opinion that if you diet all the time, then go off-diet you should indulge in what tastes good to you. If you're thing is good humor ice cream, then more power to ya! If you thing is Godiva.. go for it... if it is peanut butter M&Ms then again, have at em! You should eat what tastes good to you because its your treat. When I go off diet in 10 days I will be eating peanut butter m&ms... and i will enjoy every single one of them.Packard wrote:Sounds good: http://www.poorgirleatswell.com/2009/07 ... wraps.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Oh no worries there! I will have no problem polishing off a bag all on own. In fact, if somebody tries to help they just might loose a digit or two.ironwill wrote:If you have any trouble polishing those bad boyz off..........let me know...cassiegose wrote:LMAO!! Last friday husband brought home a 3 lb tub of M&M cookie dough! There are just some things that are against all of human nature to resist, and M&M cookies are one of them! I lasted until...oh...about 5:00 Saturday, then I told son HE could make some cookies. You know it is important to teach our children the basic kitchen cooking skills...so I thought (in sugar starved mind) that it would be the perfect educational opportunity to teach him how to use the oven, etc.!

Let me tell you, those cookies were just about the best I have ever eaten! I literally could have eaten the entire 2 dozen we made. But I was good (well...sort of) and only had two. That is...two on Saturday, two on Sunday...and one on Monday

Me thinks I will probably skip the weigh in I usually do on Fridays this week!

Yes. Yes I am.
Re: Food ; gustatory orgasms
Lurpak is good.
Ironwill is a sales rep for M&M's. He goes round in a car, taking orders from stores and making sure the company is adequately satisfying their M&M needs, then giving them promotional leaflets.
He does get a company car though, a pension scheme, health insurance and a limitless supply of M&M's
.
If you want food , you can't go wrong with the Dickmanns brand

Re: Food ; gustatory orgasms
I have a friend, that no matter where we go out to eat and no matter who is paying for the dinner, he always orders salisbury steak which is nothing more than a large hamburger. He likes it. Fine.cassiegose wrote:...I would politely disagree with you paksy-poo. I am of the opinion that if you diet all the time, then go off-diet you should indulge in what tastes good to you...
But how much richer would his dining experiences be if he sampled some other meals (like a New York cut of steak).
So M & Ms are fine. And you like them. But if you try some better chocolates you will quickly lose interest in M & Ms. And your lapses from your ever-so-strict diet will be richer for that.

We love Tootsie Rolls when we are kids and toffee when we grow up. M & M's when we are kids, Godiva when we grow up. So grow up already!Lesplease wrote:What if you don't want to lose interest in mms? PB mms pretzels and popcorn are so tastee.
O I had a total halloween candy dream last night. Some guy walked past me with a bag of mms roughly the size of the 50lb water softener salt bags. I was on way to the store anyway, to buy a Tpain hat, and I went to see if they had the mm bags. They only had small ones (like 25lbs) so I didn't get any ):
