Thanks I will have to look into that as well. Today will be 4th day without the gym and do feel better body is recovering which is nice I really think I pushed it to hard last week. I may go back this weekend as I really do miss going but the good news it has forced me to really watch what I eat and I have yet to gain an ounce and actually lost 2 LBS so that is a good thing I guess. I am at target weight of 170 right now and very happy about that.

Littleshelly,

That is funny how you live there and don't like football but I know it is not for everyone. I have a friend come over almost every Sunday to watch and his wife hates the game and only come and hour before dinner along with the wonderful desserts she makes.

Ok a quick update I took a week off from the gym and have been twice this week tonight will be the 3rd visit and maybe the last for the week. I feel like a whole new person now I guess I was over doing it. I met with a dietician last night and by the end of the meeting she was like why did you come here your diet is perfect. The reason diet is perfect is because of all the great resources on here so to all a BIG THANK YOU.

new goal is to maintain and find that happy place of not to much working out and not being so tight with the iet and see where it goes but I have confidence that I will be just fine
