I'm new to working out and dieting. But for awhile, I've been taking:
1. GNC Mega Man
2. CLA
3. Cromium Picolinate
4. Green Tea pill
After asking question regarding supplment intake I have found that CLA and Cromium Picolinate are both useless in overall objective of losing fat. Recently I spoke with a friend who said that GNC Mega Man was not a good multi-vitamen (I don't remember but he said it was or was not synthetic). What is your overall opinion of GNC Mega Man (was he correct that is isn't good). Also what multivitamin do you recommend?
Thanks,
Jay
P.S. If anyone has any additional opinnion on Cromium Picolinate and CLA, please let me know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

All the opinion you really need about Picolinate you got. As I mentioned, Picolinate is the worst kind of Chromium product going, with side effects unlike the other kinds, which I mentioned about before to you.
Mega Man, not sure of, but the general consensus often seems to be Animal Pak as a very good Multivit.

Wu Long Green Tea
Thanks for the advice everyone. Has anyone ever heard of Wu Long Green Tea. Someone said it was promoted by Oprah. I've read some good reviews. Has anyone use it?
Nope. Green Tea can be used as a slimming aid I believe, but most Green Teas are probably much of a muchness, and buying one just because Oprah promotes it is a very bad reason to buy anything.
Product reviews and customer reviews, should sell supplements / foods, celebrity endorsements shouldn't be any factor in the purchase.
Not saying you'd buy it mostly because she endorses it.

the whole tea thing is a bit sketchy in opinion, probably because ive been hearing about that kind of thing from the same sources as that hoodia crap. but CLA is definately something that you should be going for with fat loss. i take mega men sport which is better than regular mega men, but i wouldnt be so hard on the gnc brand personally. but i wont deny, i have heard some good things about animal pak

haha yea i take them all in one swallow just because its easier than taking than 1 at a time...takes too long, goes down fine for me with a big gulp of h2o. The pills are divided into individual "paks" each containing 11 pills but you can take them 1 at a time, 2 or 3 at a time or all at once it doesnt matter. you dont need to swallow em all at once but i think you should probably take them at the same time, not divide the 11 pills throughout your day if thats what your asking.Boss Man wrote:Are you saying you took 11 Multivits in one go, or are the contents of Animal pak, divided into 11 Pills, so you have to take all 11 at once to get the benefit?
I can't think it's that, but if you did take 11 multivits all at once, what the heck for?
