Cardio excercise
I am currently 180 and i want to lose about 20pounds in about 7months or so. I do cardio 3-4 times a week on a resistance bike for 20-25mins each time. Is that possible? Please give me some pointers. Thanks. 

you NEED to do wts 3 - 4 times a week instead...cardio will only burn muscle, not fat...check other fat loss posts and you'll see what i prescribe...heavy wts, little rest, protein and veggies...easy done...a cuople of females have had great success with this so far so check their posts ouit as well
