Hi there,
Why are you wanting a low fat diet? Instead of low fat I would focus more on a healthy balanced diet with plenty of unsaturated fats (healthy fats), lean proteins and complex carbs. So a typical day could look like this for you:
Meal 1: oatmeal or whole grain cereal (chose those low in sugar like wheaties, or mini wheats), 6-8 eggwhites with 1 whole egg, piece of fruit
Meal 2: lean protein (chicken breast, fish, lean beef, low fat cheese, or jerky or protein shake if you don't have a way to keep food cold), fruit, nuts or nut butter
Meal 3: lunch meat or tuna sandwich on whole grain bread, veggies
Meal 4: lean protein, veggies, nuts or avacado slices
Meal 5: lean protein, complex carb (brown rice, whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes, quinoa, barley), veggies
Meal 6: low fat cottage cheese, peanut butter
This meal would give you plenty of protein, as well as healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Hi! When I was a student, I usually had some porridge like rice for breakfast at 7 o'clock, and took sandwiches with cheese or fish for one meal at school and yoghurt as another meal. Then, at 3 o'clock I usually came back home and had dinner: vegetable soup and meat with salad. And something like noodles for evening meal. weight has been about 50 kilos at that time.hello im currently a full time student and i don't have time to eat healthy it seams.
