Not sure about Muscularness, but just type muscularity. Slightly smaller, just so you'll save at least a tenth of a second, writing muscularity instead

There is however, definitely an aire of confidence in the pictures. You can also see how well she is doing, by the structure of the face, as some people can end up with immature faces, when they have quite a bit of excess fat, because it often gives them a rounded look, which takes too many years off.

Lynne has a very nice contoured face, which if you were only seeing her body from the Neckline up, you'd never know she still had a few excess lbs, and the smile and confidence is so evident.

That is the smile of a person who knows they are doing the right things, is making a diference to themselves and no doubt feeling positive, about sharing how they look with others, because they know we will understand what it means, and understand how much the individual has given, to be at the point they are now.

We do and always will encourage people to physically, emotionally and mentally better themselves. We don't do this for our own good, but for others. We feel happy for those who start to succeed and keep succeeding, like Lynne has, and we don't all have the same situations, but we do make that commitment to ourselves, and when you're living it in any consistent and successful way, you can understand and appreciate how the next person does it, because you can empathise with their undertaking, even if it's poles apart from your own wants.

Lynne is one of the many reasons why I have always valued being part of this site. It's because of the diversity and multi-culturalism, this site encourages, and when there are many instances in life when people seek to damage society, we have all contributed to something that makes a difference to everyone, because unlike some sites I've been on, we don't indulge or allow pointless snipes, points scoring, belittling or shaming of honest, trustworthy endevours, because of things like one person having more knowledge than another, or through jealousy or dislike of other peoples greater successes.

We see through peoples responses and actions, the people we communicate with and we see what can and should be done by all, to build and maintain an atmosphere we can all learn and benefit from.

It is in no small part to people like Lynne, who not only furthers their own endeavours, but contributes to others too, that we can have something like Shapefit, that is successful and has the ability to help redevelop and redesign people, into better, less physically, emotionally and mentally negative people, who in some way neglected some of the things they were born with.

I'm just a small part of the whole thing here, no more no less than any legitimate poster. I am still humbled on many occasions and proud of what goes on here. I'm proud of what we as a group of unique and different individuals, have achieved, by using simple, positive emotional attributes, to promote support, understanding and tolerance of other like minded people and their needs.

If anyone here reading this, doesn't understand that way of interacting with others, or thinks what I am saying is all wet and airy fairy talk, then maybe you aren't for us.

The smile on Lynnes face, sums up for me why Shapefit exists. When you see someone that oozes positivity and is that happy and proud of themselves and the way they have used the mental, intellectual and emotional qualities, of other people like us, to assist their wants in life, it makes you feel good to know, that whatever contribution(s) you make, are having the intent you meant them to have.

It reminds you that despite what the news folks tell you, sometimes, yeah sometimes, life is good :).

Thank you Boss Man for kind words and encouragement you give not only me but countless others here on Shapefit.
I wanted to start this journal as a way not only to stay accountable to myself and track progress, but to share it with others, because I relate so much to the average woman who finds herself at some point in her life with extra pounds that seem glued and set in concrete on their hips, waist, thighs, etc. I wanted to share journey and to encourage others that (I know this is an "old saying") if I can do it....trust me, anyone can do it. I don't have access to a gym, but am trying to show how to work out effectively with home gym equipment and even with just good old bodyweight exercises. It can be done with a little ingenuity and grit, determination. And as I've said before, I don't think at times I would have continued were it not for the interaction and friendly support, encouragement, advice and a little tough love I receive here. It definitely keeps me going some days! :D If I am able to contribute in some small way to another's progress, or help someone with a question or direction they need, then I count myself blessed! And let's face it, some days it is fun just to be silly and comedic. I love reading some of the conversations we get ourselves into here, and how one subject can lead to the next, each one a little funnier than the previous! I laugh so hard sometimes I think I will collapse!!

Thanks Bonnie! yeah, I am definitely still a "newbie" deadlifter. Once I got over fear of doing them, I realized they really are pretty awesome! I am at a disadvantage tho', as opposed to BB deadlifts that start from the floor, cable attached bar begins at shins, so it is a little less motion, but it's all I have right now, and I'm just excited to be doing them at all!!

Okay, well then i don't feel so bad  I didn't think I would like doing Deadlifts, but they are strangely addictive!! :D

Todays workout:

HIIT treadmill
3 min. WU
5 intervals - 2 min. @ 5.0 mph / 1 min. @ 8.0 mph
5 min. slow (okay fat cells start swimming...I got something for ya!)
22 min. steady @ 6.0 mph (BAM! take that fat cells!! mmmm..bu' bye!!) LOL
I went an extra 2 minutes to make it an even 4.0 miles - there was no way I was gonna stop when it (treadmill) said 3.78 miles!
okay...so now you know I'm a little obsessive compulsive when it comes to times and mileages...alway gotta end on an even #'d time & distance.

3x10 ab wheel rollouts
3x1min. front planks

Have a great evening, day, morning depending on where you are! :)

LOL! Yes, I was picturing it in mind....all these stubborn fat cells clinging to the sides of arteries (they kinda look like the little M&M guys) hanging on for dear life while the healthy blood rushes over them, slowly ripping their sticky little fingers off and they go tumbling down....ohhhhnoooooooo!!! LOL
it helps ya know to have these little mental images playing in oxygen deprived brain whilst I'm working out....helps keep boredom at bay. :D

Weigh-in this a.m. - 161.5!!!!
1.5 lbs. lost this week. :D
changes made to diet - gave up the almond (sugarary granola bar) for breakfast and replaced it with real oatmeal (not packets) sweetened w/vanilla soymilk, tsp. of natural PB. I cut back to 1/2 diet coke a day (was back up to 2 a day  ) and drank more water and green tea. Snacked on almonds/pecans/walnuts and 2% mozz. string cheese. NO fried food, or greasy fast food.
changes made to workout - starting pushing actual weights again (instead of BW only), increased HIIT intervals to 5 instead of 4, stuck to the 20 minutes steady thing. :? focused on core strength alot more with more ab wheel rollouts and planks.

Early morning run this a.m. - 3 miles outdoors, hilly course. Strode strong up the hills, sprinted the downhills :D Felt invincible!!!! Like feet had wings!
The interval workouts have really helped overall pace per mile and endurance. :D
Well, thats news! Hope everyone has a fantastic day!
