Post by mistycalcet657 »

Hi im a 18 year old girl currently weighing 160 pounds at 5ft1 1/2 inches tall. I allready know what diet im doing its full of protein and healthy food and i also am going to be taking whey protein powder after workout. I really want to lose fat and build muscle because i want a lean look and i know muscle burns alot of fat! What workout routines should i do for this? Like cardio 2 days and weight training 3 days? And how many sets and reps should i do of what excersizes and so forth to see some good results? Please help id really appreciate it thanks alot!

Are you going to join a gym? Work out at home? Let us know.

If at home what equipment do you have access to?

How often will the classes be held and how long will the classes be? Will there be an instructor? What program do they suggest?

Show us what program they are using and if it looks OK it is probably best to go with that in the beginning. Otherwise you might be labelled a trouble maker.

There held Everyday Monday-Friday , there 45 minutes long and there is a teacher but he lets you do as you please. He doesnt specificly instruct anything. Theres just a bunch of machines and weights you can take into your advantage.
