Maybe you can try bw squats or something like that? Or pullups off a doorway...

Haha (:
That can be a good way to do Squats, by using a Swiss Ball. THe only problem I've ever had when occasionally doing them like that, is trying to keep the Ball slipping down too far, or it starts dropping below the buttock area, and it's not good wiggling your back to get in the right place again.

Lesplease wrote:nothing major. I made trail mix with popcorn and pretzels and pb mms. Also I was in prison. Well not me, but this guy. And we were gonna get married. But he was a drug kingpin and he was in prison because he ate some dude's pancreas who owed him money. But it was really nice. He had a sailboat, but it was parked in the yard, and we slept in a hammock? but the boat was really big huge and parked in the middle of the forest. He ran a mercedes dealership and also subaru? from the prison, and the guards and everyone were really nice to him because he was such a big deal. He mostly threw money at me and I had to clean out the neighbors pool. They lived on the canal and let me swim laps in it.

Anyway, we ate well. (Aside from the pancreas).

(Also I read Hannibal about 2 weeks ago).

Anyway, Cassie, did you enjoy your pbmms?
Wow......thats amazing you can remember THAT many details......geees. Is Pancreas a good source of protein? I don't recall Jeffrey Dahmer being all that muscular....hmmmm....kidding, of course.

OH YES I DID! They weren't peanut butter though they were just plain. Funny story actually.... I had competition on Saturday and when I got backstage I was OVERJOYED to find that the nice people who put on the bodybuilding show had generously placed HUGE bowls of funsized chocolate candies on every table backstage (there were probably 4 tables around the place). So anyways, I wasn't really allowed to eat much the day of the show... just got to nibble on dry ole chicken breast and brown rice all day. It was quite a miserable day to be totally honest because here was all this chocolate sitting around and all I got to eat was nasty ole chicken... kind of a grand finale for me not being able to eat chocolate for the 5 months prior. Soooo anyways I decided to collect myself some chocolate for after the show. So everytime I walked by a table with one of those bowls of chocolate I would grab myself some m&ms, as well as snickers, reeses, and anything else i could get hands on! After the show best friend and I are in her car leaving the parking lot and I say "hey you want some chocolate" and she says "you got some" and I say "well as a matter of fact...." and opened up gym bag for her to see about 50 fun sized packages of chocolate. She was sure impressed with me! She said she wondered where all the candy was going because it seemed to be dwindling awful fast... especially the bowl on the table by our bags. LOL! After the show we had a 2 hour drive to get to where we were staying... guess what i did the first 30 minutes of the drive?!?!?! OH YES! I crammed chocolate in face just as fast as I could get it down. I think I must have ate atleast 20 of those little fun sized candies (I ate the rest the next day... shared a few with friend)... You know those little fun sized chocolates aren't fun when you eat about 20 of them after not eating all day. Gave me a pretty big tummyache... although not big enough to keep me from eating more the next day (woke up and had me some reeses for breakfast)!

So thats story. I had me some m&ms and for 24 hours I was a very happy girl. I have another competition in 4 weeks so won't be getting any more chocolate until after that. I sure did enjoy those little pieces of heaven last weekend though.

Cassie - OMG - I would love to just sit and eat all that chocolate - M & M's being one of faves!!!

BUT, I wanted to tell you that I made the Steel Cut Oats this morning WITH egg whites for the first time - a bowl for hubby too! I included 1/2 sliced banana, of course the pumpkin pie spice and some light vanilla soy milk for sweetness - I thought it was yummy!!! Next time I think I'll add some peanut butter! Thanks!
