I'm sorry.. I don't mean to be rude here... but if you're not going to atleast try to help them why bother responding? Please don't take offense to this but telling people to "drink water and quit eating" is HORRIBLE advice and I know that you know that that isn't the proper way to go about losing weight. What if somebody actually decided to take that advice? People come here for help, guidance, and motivation... if youre not going to help them then atleast don't mislead them by providing such poor advice. Jacob, what meals do you eat, what times do you eat?
Do you curently do any sort of activity at all?

A general rule of thumb for weight loss is eat 10-12 calories per lb of body weight daily. Ad exercise and you should get results.
