I have started noticing that it has become SO MUCH easier to turn down or opt out of unhealthy food.
Several times this week I had ample opportunity to eat badly and chose not to.
For example: Chose grilled chicken over fried chicken. Ate baked fish instead of breaded/fried fish. And most importantly (and the one I am most proud of) I walked right past the box of donuts in the employee breakroom this a.m.!!!!!!



Now, I am not perfect and don't profess to saying I will never made a bad food choice again.... but I feel a change a coming....and it feels good!!!!
The payoff so far has been a 4lb. weight loss and 1" less in chest, 1/2" in waist, 1" in hips
