So eating breakfest will increase metabolism...or no?
and i will lose weight faster by eating breakfest?

Yes, as explained before, eating a good breakfast can help you lose weight, because you will stop you body using muscle reserves for fuel for upto 3 hours after a breakfast.

All so if you eat some healthy Fats with your breakfast, they can help to facilitate the reduction of Fats.

Eating more often is important, and eating first thing in the morning is great for your metabolism. Have a meal that contains some carbs and protein. Egg whites and oatmeal or oat bran, cottage cheese and fruit, etc. Add in a few dry roated nuts or a bit of olive oil for some good fats.
