i read the article on T-Nation but it doesnt say how many sets to do

Everyone,

I'm sorry that the number of sets (circuits) was not included in the plan. Here's what you need to know:

All circuits should be performed twice.

Don't worry about the rest between each movement, the volume will take care of everything else.

you rest between circuit right ?
also what does he mean by "pull up (palm down)" is that a chin up ?

no, a pull up (hands facing away from you

i'm pretty sire there's rest info in it..if not go right to the bottom of the article and click on discuss and someone will have asked it
