I just started doing the 8 minute buns video. Im 5'4" and 112. Im only trying to smooth out the area right below "butt". But now jeans are getting tight!? Its very frustrating. Would running be better to slim down legs and butt?

Personally I would like the results that you are getting- which is a bigger
butt - what exercises are they having you do in 8 mins. Please pass it on.
