Health Club quality step board

Post by mm »

I have Health Club step aerobic board as shown below:

http://www.shopping.com/xPC-The_Step_Th ... robic_Step

Any one thinks I should keep it and do step aerobics once in a while or just even lunges and stuff? Or get rid of it on CL? In fact someone on CL put an ad for it and offered me $20.00. Mine is with 2 risers only; same color with grey riser.

I haven't done any step for a long time. I am wondering whether it'd be wise to keep them.

Thanks for your opinion.

I'd say keep it.

Look at the things you can do with it.

Lunges

Tricep Dips

Box Step Ups

Jump Squats

Inclined Push-ups

Declined Push-ups

Scissors

Squat Thrusts

Crunches, (Legs on Step)

Possibly other things as well.

You might need a few more risers as you call them, to increase the effectiveness of things like Box Step-ups, and Tricep Dips, but they would still work if you've got two, I assume that's one for each side of the step, as opposed to two each side of the step.

Yes, one for each side.

You are right. Even push up.

Thanks a lot, I'll keep them.
