Tried some new things on todays workout:

WU (okay, I didn't know what it meant either :oops: )
3x10 Star Jumps (almost hit the ceiling fan blades!! ha!)

2x15 leg lifts

2x10 Rotational Pushup (fun-felt good!!)

1x10 Side to Side Chest Press (tough!)

2x10 Single Leg Squats w/ 5lb DB touchdown (love these)

3x10 Front Plank w/5lb DB right arm kickback
3x10 Front Plank w/5lb DB left arm kickback

2x10 Tri-cep dips (used the seat edge of couch)

I know I went heavy with the upper body, but I'm saving legs for an early a.m. run tomorrow.
does it still count as a full body workout?

Are you resting Lynne? No workouts for 2 days I get worried, but you have been posting on ours?!?! Probably out buying new equipment to do pendulums! :)

:oops: yes, I took another day off today. I had intentions of working out...then after a 2 hour grocery shopping marathon, I got home and crashed. It was raining, and I got lazy. :(
Planning on a full workout tomorrow tho"..... :D got alot of healthy stuff at the grocery store today, looking forward to planning meals for next week!

I'm taking today off, trunk hurts! Did some shopping yesterday - gym is right next store to a Big Y that has a great selection of veggies and stuff. I'm sooooo bummed tho - they will no longer be carrying Weetabix Biscuits! :evil: Anyway, grocery bill is sky high as it's so convenient I go almost every time I workout!

son and grandson "camped" out at house last night - we decided to skip going to the campground in the rain. Austin loved taking his bath in jacuzzi tub (not the spa) bathroom will never be the same! :)Had lots of fun!

Sounds like you had a great time with your grandson. :D Family time is so important!

WU:
2x10 Star jumps
2x10 Drop Squats ( son called these "poop" squats, hahaha...for obvious reasons!)

HIIT treadmill
8 cycles
5.0mph - 2 minutes / 7.5mph 1 minute
Slow then steady state @ 6.0mph for 20 minutes - finished at 4.0 miles

2x10 Ab rollouts
2x30 secs. Front planks (I was too pooped to plank by this point!! :lol: )

Ha! Yes I believe I did put forth more effort...looked like a friggin' gazelle leaping back and forth! :D That guy in the video ain't got nothin' on me

Ha! Well if truth be told...I really look more like a mack truck swerving back and forth through an obstacle course!! :shock:
But outfit was much cuter than his :wink:

No new exercises today....legs are killin' me after those massive Hockey Jumps I did yesterday :shock:

Todays workout:

1x15 Wide Incline Pushup
paired w/ 1x15 Facepulls @ 31lbs

1x15 Wide Decline Pushup
paired w/ 1x15 Scarecrow w/5lb DB

2x30sec.x2 Supine Bridge w/alt. leg extensions

1x15 Diamond Decline Pushup
2x12 Lat Pull downs @ 44lbs

2x20x2 Lunges

2x12 Tricep Dips
paired w/ 2x15 Leg Lifts

2x10 Ab Wheel Rollouts
2x20 Prone Planks w/alt. 5lb kickbacks
2x20x2 Side Planks w/5lb DB straigh lat. arm raises

Felt great! A little sore, but that's okay! :D

Do u do ur leg raises on the dip bar ?..I tried that today & was shocked I could lift them straight, without swinging ?..tho generally I shove the thing up against a flat surfaced pole for back support..Canada has a killer womens hockey team, lol keep up ur jumps maybe u can come up & join Eh :D ;)
