I agree with swans 100%. Definitely too many carbs and carbs at the wrong times. Take out some carbs and add in more fats.

SWANSO- WHY COMPLEX CARBS IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRAINNING and NOT WAXYMAIZE type carbs that are complex but get rapidly absorbed faster to keep the gains?..
how about whey isolate right after training?..
THIS MEAN PLAN ABOVE WAS WEIGHT GAINING DIET!...thats why it had alot of carbs

bulking or not, you've still gotta time your carbs better then that
all your carbs were fast absorbing one's which you only need after training, not every meal

take the weight gainer, orange juice and the potatoes out, eat less rice and replace it with brown rice, and you should be good... and be patient...

Yes they are, but they are high GI, so either have limited portions, or maybe go 50/50 with a low GI source, like Tomatos, Broccoli, Onion, Mushrooms, (Protein carrier as well), Cashews etc etc
Re: BEST ROUTINE FOR BODY FAT LOSS! SERIOUS ADVICE NEEDED!
oatmeal is moderate gi but is also full of carbs...do what i suggested earier - carbs post training only...there's really no other way

ok swanso on the other hand..what if goal is to gain more lbs or mass!.. carbs still only post work-out?
Re: BEST ROUTINE FOR BODY FAT LOSS! SERIOUS ADVICE NEEDED!
well you to make up your mind what you want to do
if more mass then of course more carbs more more importantly more cal's
why not keep carbs pre/post workout then increase protein and fat cal's for all other meals?
