Has traffic been down lately? Things seem a bit quiet hereabouts lately.

I had some problems sometime last week... I couldn’t log in for hours.
At times… I could log in but it was sooooo slow it gave me an error page.
Other than that… it’s all good again!

I've been signing in through Black Berry and have posted several times where it didn't record so had to post again when I got home. Must be me?!?!?

But I agree, I use to go to several different forums and there seemed to be many posts daily, but now it seems to be much slower than before. I rarely go to anything other than the Workout Journals - the "girls" are workout (and posting) demons! Nice to see such dedication and it's very supportive and motivational - gets this gal off her butt! :)

Well it seems the topic emails issues have resolved...but is it just me or have they changed the format again? the color is different, and there are no "quote" box icons in the right hand corner to click.. ..aaak! You know I likes me quote boxes! I hope this isn't permanent. maybe computer is having issues, don't know.

okay...must have been computer....all is right with shapefit world again. Whew! little friend the "quote box" is back where it belongs...not that I use it that much...hardly ever notice it really...

I am not here nearly as much as I would like to be, as things are crazy busy getting the boys back in the school routine, and busy life in general. I stop in and read, but don't always comment. Also, when I'm home have to deal with dial-up.....ughhh! Really love the site, and all the people here (is love to strong of a word...... )

Its understanding in the original Greek, and perhaps alot of other languages there are different levels of the word Love, but certainly enjoy might be a better choice......

Ditto!! I don't think love is too strong of a word at all! Although I also tell coworkers that I love them... and dog doesn't go a day without hearing it from me. I just love everybody!

If some people are experiencing intermittent notifications via e-mail, it might be a spam filter issue. Possibly some peoples filters get a little confused sometimes, or aren't totally accurate, and zap stuff that sometimes, might be considered borderline spam and sometimes are considered spam, when other times not.

That may be one possible explanation.

Spam filters are largely determined, by the method some providers choose to implement, or indeed if the provider allows people, to select a maximum rating for mail, by which anything rating higher won't get through.
