hey guys, love the site really cool.
Guys i really need some help here, i need to lose just around 10 pounds to get rid of keg but it justs seems impossible. I've tried for over a year but just can't seem to do it. I get there weird cravings for sweets at no particular time during the day and just can't control it. I stay really active throughout the week i swim 4 times a week, go for runs and just fool around and have fun. But it's the damn cravings! there's gotta be a way to ignore them or block them or just anything to get rid of them!! I know that losing 10lbs isn't much but I really need to, and i know that it won't take me more than 2 months because i have a high activity level. So anybody there with any info and help for me, i'd love to hear from you!!

It sounds like a diet issue. You must be getting potentially insufficient amounts of Protein, encouraging you to snack, because you don't feel full for long enough, or you're reducing Metabolic activity through diet.
What is your diet like?
Can you give us a brief overlay of meal times, types of meals etc etc?
