Diet plan?

Post by Joe »

I'm 18 and currently in high school and looking for a diet plan that will work into schedule. I need a few good examples of a meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have free time for breakfast, and dinner, but not lunch. Is there a good type of shake or drink I can get for lunch. I only drink water, but just not sure of what I should be eating all day and would also like some foods I should avoid as well. Any response is appreciated. Thanks.

sandwhiches with meat, salds and fruit for lunch are tooe asy to take with you and only take 5mins to eat...leftovers can also be used...for mid meals, tins of tuna and cold meat cuts are easy...avoid white, refined bread, pasta and rice, fries foods, lolles, soda's, fruit juices mostly and cakes etc

Try something like Myoplex drinks for Lunch then, to save time. Your body will thank you more, compared to not having anything to eat for 5-6 hours.
