Day 63
Ok was out for the day at a friends so again was limited to foods, breakfast - 3 wheatabix with milk and glass of protein shake possibly 600 calories total.
Lunch - bought a chicken bacon and sweetcorn roll - 25.5g protein and 481 calories.
Later was hungry - went shop with friends bought a chicken burger, a small pack of chips, they wasn't fries they was more potatoey, even though the food is fried. And a can of diet pepsi. I did go in a shop next to it to check for food like sandwiches bu there honistly wasn't none and i was hungry so it was basically eat or go hungry.
Now im in and again im really hungry i do belive it could be to do with me growing, brother is cooking some indian food in the oven, some chicken pieces, rice, bread and a sauce i belive. I think the chicken is something like 470 calories, rice 330 sauce 100 bread 100 or something. If i just have the chicken il possibly reach 2500 calories or just over, should i be this focused and concentrating on the calories. What's best to do?
Also today was ment to be a cardio day but like i said i was out and still am unsure what's best, 2 or 3 sessions a week.
Did eat it all, possibly consumed about 3000 calories today, will do a short session of weights to make myself feel better, but it's not like ive eaten for the sake of it, i have been really quite hungry at all times, hopefully growing and won't put weight on.
Did weights, lasted possibly around 10-15mins or so. Put all the dumbell plates on one dumbell so max weight was like 12kg. And did a few excercises with this, although it was hard it felt good and easier to do even though im tired, where ive eaten almost all the foods for today it just felt easier. However although arms are big they still don't look solid muscle as there is still skin on there which looks fatty.

If you're growing.... you need to eat dear!
Just continue to eat clean & keep up with the workout.

I agree with Nokie... and Martin I've already told you this but I'll tell you again just for fun. There is most likely a reason why you are so hungry... Your body is most likely telling you that you NEED more calories. If you are hungry then you NEED TO EAT! Just stick to healthy foods and you'll be fine.

It does not sound good.

Re: Fat Around Button Area?
Chicken paste is like a spread, like butter, peanut butter, i looked at the ingredients and it's just as good or better than peanut butter.
Day 67
Breakfast - 3 wheatabix with milk, half scoop protein powder.
Went to a bbq so had that for lunch and dinner - had a piece of lamb, a burger, piece of meat from kebab stick, few little things. 2 cans of beer, not ate too well today, although some of the meat possibly had a big amount of protein?
Got in late, going to do weights though.

Day 68
Breakfast - protein shake with 2 slices of toast with butter.
47mins cardio
Lunch 2 slices of bread with butter and 2 slices of chicken breast.
Dinner - vegetables, greens, mash, with pork mince and gravy. Basically shepards pie.
Bought the weights off of friend, £30, got a bench press, 6x 4.5kg weights, to use for the bench press and also 4 x 2.3kg weights for extra weight, or could possibly use for dumbells.
What can i expect to get out of buying this bench press though and was it a good deal?

Re: Fat Around Button Area?
Seems like a good deal. You can expect BIGGER muscles when you lift heavier weights. If you always lift the same amount of weight you aren't forcing your muscles to grow to handle the heavier weights. Upping your weights will force you muscles to grow as long as you're continually challenging them.
