Alochol nooooo

OK so is it better to lift before a night of drinking? Or the day after. I am usually not hung over the next day and sometimes feel better than usual.

Alternatively, drink Fruit Juice, save some money, and spend it in a more worthy way.

Your Liver can thank me in 10 years time :wink:

I think its good to train before. I like to go to the bar and still have a bit of a pump on. Makes a guy feel better and look good. You should still suck it up and train the day after as well if possible.

That being said alcohol and training do not mix good at all. One good night of drinking can take a lot out of ya.

What you cannot do is any exercise after any amount of alcohol.

Lifting will cure a hangover if you can get through the workout.

Lifting (heavy) will definitely relieve cold symptoms. As soon as you are warmed up get in a couple of heavy sets. This will stimulate the production of adrenaline. The adrenaline is a powerful antihistamine. For the balance of the workout and for about 1 hour after you will be symptom-free. Of course then the symptoms come back.
