Are you definitely talking a Medicine Ball and Not a Swiss Ball?

Well there are differing kinds. You can get Rubber ones in 2kg and 5kg and Leather ones, probably around 10kg.

If it's for pushups, it might be better as the Leathery pumpkin shaped ones, because they're not completely round they're a bit flatter, so you'd get a better balance on them.

i was looking at them the lady at the store said they don't make the leather balls anymore, i was thinkin of the 10 lbs
