I am 145 and 17years old right now and I talked to a trainer he said that I should be 170 for height and age

it looks like u want to gain weight, so the obvious choice would be a weight gainer, but this is in opinion not the best way to go.. just buy regular gnc whey protein, any flavor u desire, altho id suggest chocolate if u like chocolate at least a little, because most of the other flavors taste gross.

If you do get a Protein powder, be aware the Carb content of most is piss poor, and you might get something like Maltodextrin to assist the Protein sysnthesis, but you might be as well consuming some Simple Carb post-workout, to boost the effectiveness of what you take.
