I am a very lazy person, but lately I've been motivated to get in shape, i am wondering what is the best way to losing weight? i currently do about 5 minute bicycling for a warmup, then switch off between weights training or cardio, but i also get bored with the cardio easy...
Any advice on how to keep interested?
How to build up stamina?
And also what i should be doing to Maximize weight-loss?
also how much cardio should i be doing?
