Is lucozade sport good for carbohydrates after workout ?

Not really. It's full of simple Sugars. Great for ramping up your Bloodsugar fast, but not for muscle Glycogen increases.
That stuff is better for really long Cardio sessions like Marathon training, with regards to before and during the exerxcise.
You could eat stuff that would have the desired Glycogen and Bloodsugar recovery, but it would be preferable as a high GI complex Carb.
So things like Whole-grains, Parsnip, Rice, Potato, or a Maltodextrin or Waxy Maize Starch Supplement.
If you've done a weights workout, then a Protein shake would be more ideal.
