That's almost certainly a good thing.

Think about it, losing inches, but scale stays the same. I'm thinking you're getting some muscle gains as well.

That's a good thing, so dont sweat it.

I say throw the scale away. Those things are not the best way to tell if youre making progress. As long as youre losing inches then you're definitely on the right track. You might try having your body fat measured then have it measured again (by the same person) in a month or so. Thats an excellent way to tell if you're losing fat. Good job! :)

Na... don't get discouraged. Just keep doing what youre doing and watch how your pants are fitting. I'm a total numbers gal so I have a hard time not weighing in regularly. However, alot of times the regular weigh ins can cause unnecessary stress when the damn scale isn't budging even though you're making progress. This is why I suggested having your body fat measured... its a way to judge progress based on numbers and is more accurate than the scale. Just make sure to have the same person measure your body fat every time as different people and different forms of measurement will often yield much different measurements. :)

LOL! No kidding! I've gone down 4 pant sizes since I started training for comp. I just bought 6 new pairs of work pants a few weeks ago and they are already starting to sag. I'm just going to pin them up (they are dress pants so belts won't work) as i'm sure as hell not buying more pants! Definitely a blessing and a curse. :)
