HEY I AM PLANNING TO BUY SOME WHEY PROTEIN FROM GNC AND I WANTED TO NO THAT WHAT ARE YOU SUPOSE TO LOOK AT WHEN YOUR BUYING PROTEIN THE "SERVING SIZE" OR WHERE IT SAYS "PROTEIN"

AND IT SAID THAT 1GRAM OF PROTEIN FOR 1POUND OF YOUR WEIGHT SO WHEN CONSUMING PROTEIN DO I CONSIDER THE "SERVING SIZE" OR WHERE IT SAYS "PROTEIN" AS 1POUND

I HAVE TAKEN PROTEIN BEFORE BUT DIDNT SEE MUCH EFFECT

you want to look at the protein per serving whick may be per scoop or serving size (40 grams)...if bulking than you'll also want to look at the carbs per scoop or serving size where it should be over 20 grams with minimal fat

becuase when I use to buy protein I always use to look at the "protein" area not per serving
