So I'm new to bodybuilding for the most part, just been doing light training for the past 3 months. Wanted some comments on what i should work on most or do to improve, if im "too skinny", etc. Also, right pec is larger than the left one and left arm is bigger than the right(as is seen best by the picture of me flexing facing backwards). Any tips on improving symmetry? thankyou. I am 21, 5'5", 125lbs.

Thankyou, i looked it up and plan to follow it as soon as I get done moving.
As far as diet goes, I eat mainly low-fat high protein diet and take protein shakes and fish oil capsules...should i instead just take in a lot of calories and eat a lot of fat and then transition back into diet as it is now for a 'cutting' phase after a certain amount of time?
