Push up

Post by mm »

I have small hand - also not strong may be due to size mainly - and have a hard time supporting myself on hand when doing push up. Are these any good:http://.com/3c76xc? If so, I do need somehting not to high. Dot hey come in differnt height size?

This one below, the cheapest, seems smaller? is that so?

I would invest in handles. They help take strain off the wrists, which can help to prevent injury.

What is handles?

Btw, I am learning tennis and is there anything I can wear on wrist for suppprt? I can ask the person I play with - he is not a pro but teaching me - if you don't know.

Handles are just something that look kind of like a "D" shape, and you just place them on the floor about Shoulder width apart, and grip them to help you do Push-ups.

I know the things I'm describing, but I can't recall the name offhand, but I think it is Handles.

That's the same as the one I was asking about. Thanks.

I'd also like to add that because they are raised off the ground, they allow you to do a pushup at a slightly different angle, which puts more emphasis on the lower chest. This can be a nice change from the standard pushup.
