im currently doing mma(boxing,muaythai,grappling) 3 days a week and gym once or twice, since ive started im loosing all fat which is a gud thing but im loosing all muscle i have gained in the past before mma and i dont know where to strt to gain muscle agen as nothing is working for me atm and i dont want to give up mma training, any help on how to gain and maintain that muscle while doing mma which consists of heaps of cardio?

wts 2/week using compound exercises only and an abbreviated program at that (efficicent exercises only)
