Work abs out 5 days of the week fine?
Im wondering if i can work abs out 5 days a week. let me know if that is too much, right now i am doing every other day.. I go straight monday through friday

I only train abs once a week with heavy resistance. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Get your cardio and diet in check, and the abs will take care of themself

Try and go for 6 days a week bro, its worth it.

Think "torso" instead of "abs" and this issue resolves itself.
Since you need to work equal amounts of back (torso) work as you do with your front (torso) work, you can easily work your abs on alternate days as your back.
There are any number of spinal erector and hip exercises that you can do on the off days. Just keep the amount of ab work equal to the rest of the torso work.

I workout every other day, and it works well for me. If your workout schedule has good results and is not hurting your body, then you can continue it.
