Help needed

Hi i am 24 yrs 176 cm and 72 kg

i have not gone for gym so far , i have joined now,
i have little fat in abdomen area , in sides and in hamstrings

i need to reduce it ie tone body and look good , can any one suggest me working routine please .


i am a student so i can work any day .

Most gyms have instructors and a standardized training program. I'd ask about that. These tend to be reasonably good routines for starting out and the instructor will teach you the proper execution of the exercises.

I agree Packard and most gyms offer instruction to those who sign up so the equipment is used properly and injury does not occur.

Also you may want to read the stickies in the diet and nutrition forum.
