Anything Aerobic. Jogging, Skipping, Boxing, Running, Back Flips, Ice Skating, Pogo Sticking, Hopping on one Leg. Do you need any more examples, or will that give you the idea :wink:.

Unicycling is nutso to me. Why use one Wheel? It's surely more dangerous to use one, and less quick compared to normal cycling.

Not aiming that comment at you directly, as I don't know if you meant what you said, or were just mucking about :wink:

cardio (meaning heart/lungs) is any exercise/activity that requires oxygen...sprints are so short that they don't require oxygen as it's 1 short, explosive event

so anything that is continuous for 3mins + where your heart rate doesnlt exceed about 75% of your heart rate max
