If you were to consider a split system, having a Thigh day and no Legs is a bit silly, when you could just have a Leg day.
You would be better if you continue with splits to do something like this.
Day 1. Legs
Day 2. Chest
Day 3. Back
Day 4. Day off
Day 5. Bi's , Tri's
Day 6. Shoulders
Day 7. Day off.
