I am trying to loose weight.
I am doing daily cardio ( walking) and strenth training.
But I dont know how much I should really do it.
Please let me know if any one has any idea.

How much is too much of Strenth Training and Cardio

Try to alternate strength training and cardio on opposite days.
when you do cardio try to get atleast 12min but 30 is great.
Strength training is a little different. Time is not a major factor you want to make sure you are actually getting a good work out. Full body workouts are great.
You should also make sure you get plenty of rest to let your body heal.

First of all let me thank you for the reply.
But sorry to say I have few more questions.
It will be great if any one answer's it.
I have changed workout a bit.
One day I am doing walking for atleast 50 minutes and Stretching then some abs.
And next day I am doing only strenth training ie Biceps,Triceps,Shoulders,Chest.for atleat an hour and 10 to 12 repeatations in each set.
I hope this is ok.
