i just had a baby 5 months ago and bmi is like 35 i need some advice on what to do . i like taking classes so which ones should i do ? i want to lose about 25 lbs in 3 months .
the wts you'd use wouldn't be heavy enough to build muscle and maybe not even maintain it although it's better than nothing. I would get into a structured weight training program to build musle which burns fat
u could use it as a recovery type session too as the lighter wts will actually get blood into sore muscles (at least they should be if training properly) and fluch out toxins and such. for cardio try interval training over steady state as it's more anaerobic thus increasing metabolism etc like wts do
