Flabby arms

Post by whhs07 »

I have lost 80 lbs and I made the mistake of not toning as I lost the weight, so now I have these really flabby arms. Does anyone have any tips for getting rid of the excess flab?

Doing some kind of weight regime would probably help.

Where exactly is the 'flab' on your arms?

Yah that's what happened to me... You probably lost a lot of muscle mass so although you may look skinny (or whatever) your bf% is actually high. Just try to replace the fat with muscle, but you should know that it takes a pretty long time... Also you might want to work your entire ody and not just your arms (because if you lost muscle mass or it looks flabby there, it's probably also falbby in other places you haven't notcied yet). Just do some kind of exercises (you can find them on this site it has exercises for every body part)... Maybe you should ask some of the experts on this site to mak you a routine or find one on the internet
