Thanks so much Cassie, i really do appreciate all the time and effort you've put into helping me as of course you don't have to, you could spend your time doing other things, which is why im really greatful so thanks alot, ive learnt a lot from you and learnt stuff that i wouldn't of known about a month or so ago.
I understand what your saying bout jeaopardizing health, hopefully these things have been cleared up and not affected me.
So, thanks again, i will stick with it, bought a chin up bar
And will continue to stick with it and hopefully do well.
Big bowl of oatmeal cereal, tried it with like 2 cups of milk, half a cup of oats so it wasn't thick like cement. Tasted alot better, probably a bit of calories in this, but it's good for you and not bad in protein?
Had lunch, 3 boiled eggs, they was kinda runny though so didn't come out well, probably because i was in a hurry, had them with 1 slice of toast.
Went out got back had some ocean sticks, a biscuit and a protein shake half way through doing weights, does this matter when you have it?
Not really on the shake, but after would make more sense to me anyways.
Also, try scrambling the Eggs instead, and keep the Yolks to about one. It takes less time, and is easier to manage. You won't get runny Egg that way, and possibly a Salmonella risk, that isn't completely removed.
As for what you here elsewhere, we can if needs be find internet evidence to back what we say. People who just say confusing stuff to you off hand, probably can't, and wouldn't trawl the net looking for stuff to back themselves up, then print it out, and let you see it.
So unless they can have some kind of way of backing up what they say, like being a Doctor a PT, etc etc, or they have some kind of knowledgeable reputation amongst others, then they just end up like the human equivalent of Wikipedia.
You need to stick to what you're doing and trust in the people who can help you, not the people who just throw stuff out there to confuse you.
I think you will be fine, but again, stick to the stuff you're doing, be patient, and don't ask too many questions at this point, because you're just complicating things, and you probably have been given enough info already, to just get on with it, and start achieving things.

Oh ok thanks, like ive said before its just over a month now, however, ive weighed myself on the scales and according to that ive lost about half a stone? Now, i know it's pretty good, however, it's not exactly the weight im bothered about losing, it's the fat, however if i have to lose weight to lose the fat, so be it, i just feel and look the same though even with that half a stone difference.
Just something i have to mention, soon i might be going away for a few days or maybe a bit longer, with a couple of mates, now were not exactly good cooks or anything, so what if the foods on the few nites for dinner and all were sort of junk - chip shop.
What other alternatives can i find without making a big deal about it.
Sorry to keep posting but i feel i have to post this as im concerned. Ok, like i mentioned before sometimes when i stand up with shirt off, you can see the back of shoulder blades and it just doesn't look right, how can i change this, also where i stil have some fat on , and all body looks sort of deformed. Like it's not the same body as some parts look competely different to others, i want to be bigish, as in a bit of muscle but not soo much that i look fat, or a big bodybuilder, what am i doing wrong?
Also, for dinner i just had a chicken burger (fried chicken piece in a bun with some mayo) some chips (fried im pretty sure) and a can of diet pepsi. Now i feel alot bigger stomach feels like its stretched even further out. Now i rarely eat food like this, but this was a situation where it was either that or go hungry so i kind of had to have it. I hope this hasn't affected all hard work?
Lunch had 3 boiled eggs 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, would of done scrambled eggs but im not 100% sure how to yet.
Also, went to do cardio on the bike as it was raining outside but only managed 35mins and had to keep stopping almost as if i had no energy, i just couldn't physically do anymore.
As for the shoulder blades sticking out... We've already gone over this. If I were you I would work on GAINGING MUSCLE right now more than I would worry about losing the fat off your stomach. If you gain some muscle and put on some lean mass your back will start to look muscular instead of boney and I honestly believe your stomach problem will take care of itself once you have more muscle on your body. This is the very last time that I'm going to give you this advice as I feel like i've already said like 37 times already. TO GAIN MUSCLE YOU NEED TO EAT MORE PROTEIN THAN YOU ARE EATING, DON"T WORRY AS MUCH ABOUT CALORIES AND FOCUS ON YOUR WEIGHT TRAINING. Cardio is good because it burns calories while youre doing it, however weight training is FAR better as it allows you to build muscle and burn more calories even when you're not working out. If I were you I would shoot for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. You MUST eat protein with every meal. Oatmeal is great for breakfast but has minimal protein. I understand that you have a hard time getting protein because you live with your parents, but if you want it bad enough you will find a way. If you absolutely have no other sources of protein in the house, try putting a scoop of protein powder in your oatmeal for breakfast. You need protein there.
I'm so glad to hear that you bought a pull up bar! That will help to build up those back muscles... as long as youre eating properly. At this point Martin, I believe you would be better off eating more calories than not eating enough. Atleast if you're eating more calories you will build muscle. By not eating enough you will shut down your metabolism causing your body to fish like heck to hold on to that stomach fat.
Ok, i would like to look a bit musclely, however i dont know how im going to be eating about 153gs or so of protein a day, and i really want to make sure that the fat goes first.
Here is a rough idea of how i wouldn't mind looking obviously
Like i said i just want to make sure the last bit of fat from is gone but don't want to look boney and all, would like some muscle, but like i said it's hard getting protein, even when i sometimes eat eggs and tuna, 150+grams of protein just seems way to much for me.
