hi eyrybody
i always mark when we loss weight its effect over all loss of body size,
what should we do for make to change defination of body, how we gain size of bicep,tri,che,back,thigh,&how we reduce middle body (stomatch),
send me workout detail, please please please

Not sure I completely understand, but are you trying to gain muscle, and lose some fat as well, or just lose weight?
