Don't crucify me for posting here...it's legit! I posted this question under another section, but am not getting any answers. So here it goes...
I'm looking for some advice...
I've recently started training a woman with breast implants (under the muscle) and she wants to do a figure competition. Believe me, she's made for it! (5'7", 119lbs, 16.9% body fat) All we have to do is build some muscle and she'll be there.
Question is, her surgery was years ago but just to be safe we contacted the doctor about chest exercises. He said "no chest presses". None! Since chest flyes will develop the muscle as well I'd assume he'll frown on those! So...what the heck? Almost all figure competitors have implants, you're not going to tell me they don't train their chest!
Any thoughts or advice? Anyone else ever deal with this? Is there any real concern about the implant shifting laterally? Anyone with implants care to share what chest exercises they do?

I can't see any possible issues myself, although many women who do such comps and have them usually have them within the first 3 years anyway, so they have already got pretty good Chest development anyway.
Though personally I can't see an issue with training the Chest if there is implants, but I'll of course let others chime in, as I know some others will have a good understanding.
