for the last 2 weeks i have been cycling in the early morning for 60-90 minutes.
intial goal is to burn some fats and increase fitness and stamina before i do some muscle gaining or strength increasing exercises.
now what i want to know is
1. what should i eat or drink before going out for cycling ???? normally i drink a cup of tea or i mug of horlicks. is this ok ???
2. how should i prepare before going out for cycling. normally i stretch whole body for 10-15 minutes. should i add some weight training also ???
3. i take water with me and drink it after more than half stage of cycling is done. is it ok to add some glucose or tang(orange flavour) in the water ???
plz give me a complete idea so that i can burn the max fat in cycle ride.

Use some Simple Carb potentially before cycling, and give it about 20 minutes to start breaking down, so you get the energy you need right away.
You could add Glucose to Water, but don't need to use a lot.
Don't train weights before Cycling, you could use up Glycogen making it harder to cycle the full distance.
