This is how it could work.

You eat 6 small meals a day.

You take in 30 grams of Protein, and 50 grams of Carbs per meal, so a total of 120 calories for Protein, 200 for Carbs, 320 in total. You then have about 9 grams of Fats, approximately 80 calories.

So 400 grams in total.

In one day you should consume 180 grams Protein, 300 Carbs, 54 grams Fats, at around 2,400 calories. That should be fine for what you need.

I wouldn't have thought so. 54g of EFA fats, isn't going to make you blobby, nor should the calorie intake I wrote for you.

The number of calories you should eat is HIGHLY individualized. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have a job as a nutritionist! There are many many factors about you that can influence how many calories you should eat a day.

How many calories are you eating now? It's important to know that. If you suddenly increase your calories you will gain weight. It's also important that you make healthy food choices. What you eat is as important as how much you eat.

If you're worried about Mercury risk don't eat it.

If you do, I'd stick to 1 can a day max.

Unless you are eating an exceptionally large amount of seafood, the risk of mercury toxicity is low.

The main problem with Hardboiled Eggs, is the Yolks, as they can raise LDL Cholesterol, but are a good source of Lutein, and some Protein and Vits / Minerals.

So really if you eat an egg source, I would suggest not exceeding 2 Yolks. In the case of a Hardboiled Egg, you're not likely to eat anymore than two, at once I would presume, as they feel more filling that way, than scrambling several Whites and 1-2 Yolks.

So I would suggest with Harboiled Eggs, don't exceed 1-2 a ay, so your Yolk intake is sensibly maintained.

chicken for breakfast?? you're keen..chicken's favourite food but i couldn't have it forst thing...when having fruit always have it first in the meal as it digests throyugh a different tract or something and if having solid protein first, it sits on tops of it waiting for it digest and rots meaning you don't even get to use it and also gives you bad breathe...no veg????...sammey and boss man are both right about the tuna but there's something wrong with everything so moderation is the key...i would probably go with something before bed also...i have fish and yoghurt immediately before bed so i don't get hungry trying to go to sleep
