love handles

love handles
hello i'm just starting to work out but i need to work on love handles. I don't have access to a gym anyone have any ideas?

If you have a dumbbell take whatever weight you feel comfortable with. you start off laying on your back legs bent as though you are prepped for a sit up. when you do sit up (one hand on each side of the dumbbell) turn to your side reaching the floor out in front of you with your weight. go as far as you can. then turn center and lay down. do the same to the other side. i would start at 3sets of 15 reps as your total. right side and left side equals one rep. Of course change ur reps with what ever makes you feel comfortable.
