which 1 first?
is it better if i do weights first then cardio? or the other way around?
I would also add though, be prudent with your choices of Post workout Cardio.
I mean if you do Cardio post-workout, you'll get more Glycogen to Glucose conversion, but you could train smart I think, for example, by not doing things like Rowing Machine work after an Upperbody workout, do something like Treadmill, or you'll fatigue those muscles even more, by constantly working them, and potentially affecting recovery of those muscles even moreso.
Again, don't do things like Treadmill after a Leg session, for the same reason, do something that will tax your Legs less, like Exercise Bike, so you loadbear your Upper Body weight, onto the saddle, and don't work the Leg muscles quite as intensely.
So when you finish doing weights, do some Cardio form, that isn't going to directly target the muscles you've worked, very much.
