Hey, guys!!! Well, I am new here and have all the basics down. I am trying to build muscle while losing fat at 5 ft and 120 lbs. I am doing great on nutitrition. The only problem I have is that I work in a crazy-busy practice and a lot of times I have no time for a morning or afternoon snack. I fear this will slow down metabolism and progress. Any suggestions????

Use fast options then Like Low Fat Cheese or Peanuts, and then maybe boost your Carbs with things like bottled smoothies, or Fruit / Vegetable drinks.

Honestly, if I have to, I take a "bathroom break" and scarf down some food in there. Your boss can't really argue about taking a bathroom break. It's disappointing I don't always get to enjoy the food leisurely, but at least body is getting the nutrients it needs...

I used to work in an emergency clinic, so I understand being busy at work and not having time to eat. But I found that taking even those 3 minutes to eat something quickly makes me more productive (and less cranky). :)

Just take food as much as you want But be concentration on carbohydrates
