i am taking testosterone inhansers , and i know i am suppose to take anti estrogen pills to avoid gynocomplasia but am i suppose to take the anti estrogen pills after cycle of tokyo trenn (testosterone inhancer) or do i take them during cycle

I'm not sure, but I would think you should take them during the cycle, to prevent Gynocomastia, rather than afterwards to treat it, assuming it were to happen.

Although as you're taking a Test enhancer, I am not sure how you would get Gyno, as that is an excess Eostrogen based condition.

You could however take sources of Phyto-eostrogens to combat excess Eostrogen to some extent, so things like Flaxseed, Omega-3 Eggs, Whole-grains and Soy.

if you're still producing too much estrogen (fair chance) then increasing testosterone won't help much...the problem is too much estrogen not too little testosterone in most cases
