hi just wondering if i should be altering the way i train biceps
normaly use 18kg dumbell 1 arm at a time sitting down with elbo on leg for suport
some days use 40kg long bar standing up and do the 2 arms at the same time hands shoulder width apart
i always do the full motion all the way down and to the top
3 sets of 10 reps
does this sound ok or could i better it
