I wore jeans yesterday that I haven't worn for over a year so I'm pretty pumped about that, LOL!

Yeah, we haven't turned into gibbering wrecks. In some ways it's been better without you

I jest of course. It wouldn't be the same without you, well it is, but a different kind of same :?

anyone still there? it's holly from a long time ago. i am sad to say, i gained all weight back that i worked so hard in losing last may.

i know there are no excuses but we put our house up for sale and it sold in 10 days, we had to move in a 1 bedroom apartment (hubby, two kids, myself and our dog) and we built our house. i was so stressed out and just lost it...well i should say gained it.

i have tried the last two months to get back on track and well i haven't been successful. i feel like such a failure.

i am going to try again and hope to God i can do it again.

missed you all.

These things happen. The main thing is you never completely gave up on yourself, which means you can find ressurection from this situation and turn things around.

Keep believing in yourself and believing you are worth the time and effort, because you are and always were. We never stopped believing and never will stop believing in you.

Good luck :).

Well guys (and gals) I am doing TERRIBLE!!!! I am gaining and gaining and gaining......I keep starting "life style change" and it lasts a day, well to be honest a few hours. There is a lot going on in life and I won't get into the details but wow this is hard........I am trying to motivate myself and get these 60lbs off but ugh I need help. Anyway, keep me in your prayers- I sure do need them...and I hope I can come back here in a month with some better news!!!! Take care everyone!

HUGS!

You CAN do it, but you need to keep believing in yourself and if you can keep coming here regularly, we CAN help and support you :).

Good luck.

Thanks! I convinced two neighbors to start with me.....doing the program Troy put me on last year. I am excited- I am really hoping that with someone else I will become motivated again. Michele who is the bestest friend in the whole wide world is always willing to help me, but at the same time it's hard because she's already at a perfect weight and well it's just not the same to be honest...so two neighbors who are overweight understand what I am feeling and we are going to hopefully get some great results...I'll keep you posted! Thanks.

You will always be wolcome here Holly. You are a really lovely Lady and a gentle, warm-hearted person as well.

I hope Michelle is alright, she has been in the past, a true star and a wonderful inspiration to others and she will always have a rightful place amongst us, for the rest of her life :).

If you see her anytime soon, let her know that, (I think I speak for many), all of us that are still here, that used to read some of her posts and shared some of her time. thank her a lot and wish her well in everything that she does. She is a very beautiful Lady, in many many ways.

Maybe she'll be back some time, but I hope you will be too. GOOD LUCK in all your endeavours and please do keep us posted. We really do appreciate all the time and attention people like you share with us and I thank you for all you did in the past :).

Ok, here is an update on me..... BFF Michele (boopster) called me up at the end of Sept. and basically told me I need to do this for myself and she would help train me and be there every step of the way (she's truly an Angel).....on October 4th I began having Michele train me along with two of our other friends. Nicole and I both have about 50lbs to lose--- and I am happy to say I am doing AWESOME!!!!!!! We are doing the Jackie Warner's (i think that's her name) program but basically it's just doing everything Michele tells us to do :D ! I have lost 5 lbs so far and I think inches but we don't weigh-in or get measured again for another week. But I can definitely feel clothes fitting differently. It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard but I am really proud of myself. I'm eating clean everyday and then on Saturday and Sunday I get one cheat meal. I work out with Michele doing weight training and cardio Monday, Wednesday and Friday and just cardio Tuesday and Thursday.
I have cried at the gym during the workouts, I've swore, I've not spoken a word, I've sweated more than I think I have ever sweated but you know what I'm NOT GIVING UP!!!!!! So that's update!!! Hope everyone else is doing well. Take care and I'll be back soon!
